| Create and Save Search
Unlike realtor.ca, through our website, you can easily create pre-defined searches and save them. This allows you to save the search you create and even save the listings you like, allowing you to review all possible considerations and skip the ones you have already seen. Once the search is created, new listings on the market will be forwarded to you as soon as they hit the market, and 24 hours before the public and realtor.ca can see them.
Try either starting your search by general area, or using the Google Mapping System to create an "elastic band search" around the direct area you would like to search.
