I am so confident that I will sell your home in our current marketplace that I can guarantee it.
If your home fails to sell under my multiple listing agreement I offer you the following:
1. If your home does not have an accepted offer within the first 90 days, I will give you $1500 off of your total fee for service entitled in the listing agreement at the completion of the sale.
2. At any time during our listing agreement, you will be provided with an Easy Exit Guarantee. This allows you at any time to pull the remainder of the listing time agreed upon away at your discretion. If at any point you are unsatisfied with my services, this Easy Exit Guarantee allows you cancel my services with zero compensation due to Darin Germyn or Macdonald Realty. The Easy Exit Guarantee does not warrant the fullfilment of the sale guarantee.
I am so confident in my services, marketing, and wealth of knowledge of our local real estate market that I am able to provide a service like this. At no point during marketing are you due to exchange compensation, compensation is only payable adjacent to a firm and binding sale of your home.
