If your home fails to sell under my multiple listing agreement in 39 days, I will market your home for free:
1. At any time during our listing agreement, you will be provided with an Easy Exit Guarantee. This allows you at any time to pull the remainder of the listing time agreed upon away at your discretion. If at any point you are unsatisfied with my services, this Easy Exit Guarantee allows you cancel my services with zero compensation due to Darin Germyn or Macdonald Realty. The Easy Exit Guarantee does not warrant the fullfilment of the sale guarantee.
I am so confident in my services, marketing, and wealth of knowledge of our local real estate market that I am able to provide a service like this. At no point during marketing are you due to exchange compensation, compensation is only payable adjacent to a firm and binding sale of your home.

*Listing price must be no more that 3% above recommended price. There will be a pre agreed fee for service. Price correction schedule applicable until home is sold firm. Model home condition is required and all showings permitted. HST and Buyer’s agent fee for service not included in guarantee.
